Review of LureEssentials Bliss Face and Body Silicone Cup Set
Lure has been making DIY cupping kits since 2014. They have taken it upon themselves to guide the client to exactly what they are looking for. I can and do appreciate this. They have two silicone facial kits available, Glam and Bliss. This Bliss set is the same as the Glam set with the addition of 3 body cups. They are free from BPA, PVC, phthalates, and plastics. Lure also supplies quality facial oils which are mandatory for facial cupping.

Who doesn't love getting extra cups. I'm a firm believer that you can never have too many cups, and at the end of the day it's all about what you can offer the client. The body cups are so easy to use. They really are perfect for clients who want to perform cupping at home for self care. Empowering clients (people in general) is what Lure is all about. A cup is only as good as its application. If its easy to use then its easily effective. These cups can be manipulated into a long oval shape, which I am loving lately. I like the large body cup for glute and hamstring work and on the back. The smaller one is great for arm and leg work and is especially good on the abdomen.
These facial cups are harder than other facial cups I've used lately. The harder silicone feels like it provides a slightly stronger suction. This is when using a quality oil shines. You may need to use a little extra oil on the face and go slow. These are a great set of cups to have, especially for those who are used to facial cupping. I love that Lure provides you with two of each cup, so that bilateral cupping can be performed. I like the large cup for chest work right up to the clavicle. Its great for the jawline, cheeks and the forehead, if you're able to treat it. The small one is great for under the eye and brow bone. For cosmetic purposes Lure recommends 5 minutes of cupping per area to be treated, 2-3 times a week for a minimum of 4-6 weeks. Then reduce to once a week for maintenance. These cups are also for therapeutic purposes and may require a different approach. With every purchase you can download Lure's cupping book, which really shows this company's desire to not only provide cups to the public but to do it responsibly.
Check out their independent study that shows before and after pictures of facial cupping performed 5 minutes a day, 2-3 times a week for 2 weeks.
